Hvordan virker det?
Vi udviklede en custom GPT, der fungerer som en digital facilitator. GPT’en indleder en anonym, interaktiv samtale med medarbejderne og guider dem gennem en række nøje udvalgte spørgsmål om virksomhedens mission, værdier og fremtidsvisioner. Dette sikrer, at alle stemmer bliver hørt, uden at nogen føler sig hæmmet af identifikation.
Når medarbejderne besvarer spørgsmålene, sker hele indsamlingen automatisk. Ved hjælp af Make API integreres løsningen, så alle svar samles og aggregeres i en central database. Denne automatiserede dataindsamling reducerer manuelt arbejde og skaber et solidt grundlag for videre analyse.
