Our customer, Anders Uttrup from Infomedia, came to us with an exciting challenge: could we develop a solution that gathered strategic input from employees across countries and cultures to help a company formulate a new mission? The answer was an innovative approach that combined a custom GPT with automated data flows - an approach that is both effective and engaging.
How does it work?
We developed a custom GPT that acts as a digital facilitator. The GPT initiates an anonymous, interactive conversation with employees and guides them through a series of carefully selected questions about the company's mission, values and vision for the future. This ensures that all voices are heard without anyone feeling inhibited by identification.
When employees answer the questions, the entire collection happens automatically. Using the Make API, the solution is integrated so that all responses are collected and aggregated in a central database. This automated data collection reduces manual work and creates a solid foundation for further analysis.
What can it be used for?
This approach opens up a number of possibilities:
- Strategic planning: The insights gathered help shape a new, inspiring mission and support strategic decisions.
- Innovation processes: Honest and anonymous feedback gives management a deeper insight into employees' ideas and perspectives, which can drive innovation.
- Improving internal processes: By understanding how employees perceive the company, you can identify areas for improvement and optimize internal workflows.
- Global usability: The solution works across countries and cultures, making it ideal for international businesses.
What value does it create?
This case illustrates how we help our clients leverage AI to achieve real strategic value:
- Effective data collection: Automatic collection and aggregation of feedback ensures no insights are lost.
- In-depth analytics: The structured approach provides a clear overview of employee perspectives that can be translated into concrete strategic initiatives.
- Innovative solutions: The combination of GPT technology and Make API demonstrates how new technology can transform traditional data collection into a dynamic and value-adding process.
