We know that choosing a digital partner is a big decision. That's why we always start with an open and honest dialog. Our ambition is to be the most transparent and present advisor in the room.

A strategic channel analysis provides an overview of your digital marketing setup and a focused insight into how to improve digital performance across channels and markets. In many ways, it's a really thorough analysis of your digital channels, historical efforts and technical setups, where our specialists identify challenges and map growth potential. Through a series of workshops, we will present very specific recommendations on how you can achieve better performance across the board. This gives us a good opportunity to understand your business, ambitions and market before we start advising and executing a growth strategy. We often customize the individual channel analysis to our customers' specific needs and wishes, but as a starting point, our model looks like this.
We start with a structured dialog where we uncover your goals, challenges, strengths and ambitions.
We identify hidden flaws and untapped potential and provide a prioritized direction for improvement.
We map your business-critical searches and assess where the biggest growth potential lies.
We analyze your marketing efforts across channels and platforms and identify optimization opportunities.
We gather the insights, qualify the recommendations and translate them into a concrete and realistic strategy.
Some start with a free audit and a quick start-up. We believe that the best investment begins with thoroughness, dialog and a well thought-out plan.
With us, you won't meet juniors on the sidelines. We put together an experienced A-team that combines specialist knowledge and business acumen.
We select the team based on both skills and chemistry. The specialists you meet in the analysis are also the ones who drive further collaboration.
It creates continuity, responsibility and momentum.

When sales and marketing work in silos, you lose pace, precision and revenue. Unfortunately, we see this often - even in organizations with strong professional competencies. That's why we always invite sales to the table from day one.
In strategic channel analysis, we look at how marketing efforts support the everyday life and goals of sales. It's not just about generating more leads, but ensuring that the efforts contribute to real pipeline and revenue growth.
When we combine marketing data with sales experience, you get a more accurate decision-making basis and a clearer direction for your overall growth efforts.
As part of the analysis, we look at your systems and work processes. The way you work has a direct impact on the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.
With an overview of the tech stack and workflows, we can identify improvements that create better flow and free up resources.
We often adapt the individual analysis to the customer's specific needs, wishes and maturity, but as a starting point, we look at the entire digital palette - that is, everything from your TechStack, content productions, CRM/Marketing Automation, Paid Social, SEO, Google Ads and Tracking. We do this so we know exactly where to start and what to embrace first to ensure the greatest impact and future growth returns. But we can also just focus on a few selected channels and disciplines to start with, if desired.
A strategic channel analysis can be a great framework for expanding into new markets, as you can benefit from the many insights that a channel analysis provides. For example, it can help you find out what you're already doing really well in existing markets so you can scale your setup based on what's already working. This way, you can ensure a more controlled and smooth expansion, so you can target the channels and efforts that will contribute to the most growth.
Most people who choose to run a strategic channel analysis use it to get an overview of their existing marketing efforts and gain insight into how they can improve performance across the board. And we embrace the channels and areas that make sense for you. But we also speak from experience when we say that there are a few areas where we should always take a closer look.
It depends on the number of markets and how many disciplines/channels we need to investigate. As a starting point, a strategic channel analysis costs from DKK 50,000, where we operate with 4 disciplines (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social and Tracking) and 1 market. If you want us to address more markets, there will typically be an extra charge of DKK 10,000 per additional market. And if you want to add more disciplines, it will be an additional DKK 5,000.
