We do this so we know exactly where to start and what to embrace first to ensure the greatest impact and future growth returns. But we can also just focus on a few selected channels and disciplines to start with, if desired.

A strategic channel analysis can be a great framework for expanding into new markets, as you can benefit from the many insights that a channel analysis provides. For example, it can help you find out what you're already doing really well in existing markets so you can scale your setup based on what's already working. This way, you can ensure a more controlled and smooth expansion, so you can target the channels and efforts that will contribute to the most growth.

Most people who choose to run a strategic channel analysis use it to get an overview of their existing marketing efforts and gain insight into how they can improve performance across the board. And we embrace the channels and areas that make sense for you. But we also speak from experience when we say that there are a few areas where we should always take a closer look.

It depends on the number of markets and how many disciplines/channels we need to investigate. As a starting point, a strategic channel analysis costs from DKK 50,000, where we operate with 4 disciplines (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social and Tracking) and 1 market. If you want us to address more markets, there will typically be an extra charge of DKK 10,000 per additional market. And if you want to add more disciplines, it will be an additional DKK 5,000.
