Anders Uttrup, Group CMO & Digital Officer, took over a communications department at Retriever just over four years ago, and at that time the department consisted of content-heavy employees with a primary focus on output rather than outcome. In general, there were no goals set for what the department wanted to achieve with all their content, and Anders Uttrup wanted to change that.
