How the collaboration grew big

A&Til boosts growth with data-driven marketing

The unemployment insurance market is tough. Prices are under pressure and most are struggling just to keep the membership curve stable. But where many see decline, A&Til is going the opposite way.

Together with InboundCPH, they have strengthened their digital presence, professionalized their SEO and performance work - and boosted growth in new
members year after year.

01 The starting point: A desire for more coherence and momentum

When A&Til (then FTFa) started working with InboundCPH in November 2023, the ambition was clear: to strengthen the digital work through a partner that could provide an overview, professional sparring and a long-term perspective. The focus was on creating more coherence in the efforts and ensuring that the digital marketing work better supported the association's overall goals.

The collaboration was based on a desire to work in a more structured and knowledge-based way - and to continuously qualify decisions with external insight and experience.

“We needed a partner who could both challenge us and understand our business. InboundCPH has delivered on both - with insight, honesty and
engagement,” says Mads Haus Honoré Grunnet-Tjustrup, Head of Marketing
At A&Til.

02 The solution: Close sparring and common direction

The collaboration with InboundCPH is built around ongoing sparring, clear priorities and a common understanding of the goals for performance marketing. The focus has been on creating coherence in the efforts and ensuring that decisions are made on an informed and qualified basis.

InboundCPH provides advice, analysis and concrete recommendations that A&Til's marketing team can work with. A common dashboard gives A&Til full transparency over performance - and ensures that all decisions are based on data. Efforts are continuously evaluated and adjusted as needed, so the work is constantly evolving in line with the organization's ambitions and framework.

“Lasse is incredibly structured and solution-oriented. He understands how to connect data and analysis with concrete recommendations that we can act on,” says Mads Haus Honoré Grunnet-Tjustrup. “The team at InboundCPH is competent, committed and ambitious - especially on our behalf.”

03 Results: Positive development and data-driven decisions

The collaboration has contributed to a documented positive development in performance marketing. In 2024, A&Til saw a growth of more than 5 % in the area compared to the previous year, and tripled that development in 2025.
