FROM A FRAGMENTED SETUP TO A SHARED DIRECTION

Signicat Enhances Lead Quality and Campaign Effectiveness with InboundCPH

In a European B2B market characterized by high complexity, lengthy decision-making processes, and increasing demands for digital identity, Signicat operates at the forefront of digital trust and eID solutions. But with activities spread across agencies, markets, and channels, a classic problem arose: too little consistency and too many loose ends to drive performance across markets. Together with InboundCPH, Signicat has consolidated, structured, and elevated its paid marketing efforts across the Nordic region, creating a more cohesive approach to lead generation.

How the collaboration grew strong

01 Situation: A Fragmented Setup and Business Needs

When Signicat began its partnership with InboundCPH in early 2025, the situation was characterized by a complex agency setup involving multiple vendors across different countries. This created challenges with consistency, knowledge sharing, and execution capabilities, and made it difficult to scale efforts effectively.

The goal was therefore clear: to consolidate efforts with fewer, stronger partners and create a more cohesive approach to lead generation across markets. At the same time, there was a clear need for a structure in which accountability and idea development were not just “nice to have,” but an integral part of the collaboration.

“We needed a partner who could both take responsibility and bring new ideas to the table—not just carry out what we asked for,” says Jeppe Peter Jepsen, Growth Marketing Manager at Signicat.

02 Process: A unified setup across markets

The partnership with InboundCPH began with a gradual consolidation of Signicat’s paid marketing activities. Today, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, and LinkedIn Ads are managed across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.

The approach has been built around three key principles:

  • Bringing together campaign activities into a single, cohesive framework across markets.
  • Ongoing optimization of the campaign structure, with a focus on lead quality rather than volume alone.
  • Active collaboration and knowledge sharing regarding channel performance and budget allocation.

InboundCPH serves not only as an execution agency but also as an active strategic partner in campaign strategy, optimization, and channel prioritization. Among other things, the collaboration has also included consultation on automation and the setup of email workflows in HubSpot.

“They are extremely organized and highly skilled. And they are incredibly detail-oriented—far more so than other agencies. But what really sets them apart is their desire to constantly improve things,” says Jeppe Peter Jepsen of Signicat.

03 Result: Better performance and higher-quality leads

The partnership has led to a clear improvement in both campaign performance and the quality of the leads generated.

Among the most important findings are:

  • Significantly improved campaign performance across several Nordic markets.
  • Improved lead quality, as confirmed by feedback from the sales teams.
  • Enhanced insight into channel performance, making it easier to optimize and prioritize on an ongoing basis.

At the same time, this collaboration has contributed to a more data-driven approach to decision-making, in which insights and recommendations from InboundCPH are continuously used to adjust and improve our efforts.

Focus 2026: Increased Efficiency and Better Use of Data

Moving forward, Signicat’s focus will be on getting even more out of its existing efforts.

In particular, this involves:

  • To improve the effectiveness of campaigns across markets.
  • To strengthen our work with data, lessons learned, and insights.
  • To further improve overall performance through ongoing optimization.

With a more integrated setup and a clearer direction, the goal is to make performance marketing more cohesive and better grounded in data.
