Det kan tyckas sj\u00e4lvklart, men skillnaden mellan nya och befintliga kunder \u00e4r viktig att understryka. Att f\u00e5 en f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning fr\u00e5n en befintlig eller tidigare kund \u00e4r n\u00e5got helt annat (och ofta enklare) \u00e4n att f\u00e5 en f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning fr\u00e5n en ny kund.<\/p>\n<p>Nya kunder kan vara sv\u00e5ra att f\u00e5. N\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng har du s\u00e4kert st\u00e4llt dig sj\u00e4lv fr\u00e5gan \"hur f\u00e5r jag nya kunder?\" Om du b\u00f6rjar fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan, utan n\u00e5gon befintlig kundbas, har du ingen bra grund att utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n. I s\u00e5 fall m\u00e5ste du g\u00f6ra kvalificerade gissningar och pr\u00f6va dig fram.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor som du b\u00f6r s\u00f6ka svar p\u00e5:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vilka demografiska egenskaper har dina kunder? \u00c5lder, k\u00f6n, intressen, inkomst och arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden?<\/li>\n<li>Var \u00e4r de geografiskt bel\u00e4gna? I Danmark, utomlands, i K\u00f6penhamn eller i provinsen?<\/li>\n<li>Vanor p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet? Tillbringar de mest tid p\u00e5 Facebook eller Instagram? G\u00f6r de flest ink\u00f6p via Google, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace eller n\u00e5got annat?<\/li>\n<li>Var hittade du dem? eller..: Var hittade de dig? Via <a href=\"\/sv\/viden\/marknadsforing-paa-natet\/\">marknadsf\u00f6ring p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet<\/a>? Om s\u00e5 \u00e4r fallet, var det <a href=\"\/sv\/viden\/vad-ar-seo\/\">SEO<\/a>Google Ads, Facebook Ads eller en helt annan kanal som fick dem att komma in?<\/li>\n<li>Vilka kanaler anv\u00e4nder du b\u00e4st f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 ut till dem? Nyhetsbrev, sociala medier, telefon, personliga m\u00f6ten?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dessa fr\u00e5gor hj\u00e4lper dig att f\u00e5 en bra uppfattning om vem du b\u00f6r rikta in dig p\u00e5 n\u00e4r du s\u00f6ker nya kunder.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Hur f\u00e5r jag fler kunder?<\/h2>\n<p>Om du redan har ett f\u00e5tal kunder kan det vara till stor hj\u00e4lp n\u00e4r du f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 fler kunder. Om du bara har gjort en handfull f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar kan du redan nu b\u00f6rja skapa dig en bild av hur dina nya kunder ser ut genom att titta p\u00e5 dina nuvarande kunder.<\/p>\n<p>Om du redan har en stor kundbas kan du g\u00e5 ett steg l\u00e4ngre. Data b\u00f6r alltid vara en h\u00f6rnsten n\u00e4r man analyserar och l\u00e4gger upp strategier, och det g\u00e4ller i allra h\u00f6gsta grad n\u00e4r det handlar om att ut\u00f6ka den befintliga kundbasen.<\/p>\n<p>I den h\u00e4r situationen b\u00f6r du \u00f6verv\u00e4ga att segmentera dina kunder och titta p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inom vilka segment har du gjort de st\u00f6rsta och mest l\u00f6nsamma aff\u00e4rerna?<\/li>\n<li>Vilket segment \u00e4r l\u00e4ttast att n\u00e5?<\/li>\n<li>Vilket segment konverterar b\u00e4st n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller till exempel onlinemarknadsf\u00f6ring?<\/li>\n<li>Vilket segment \u00e4r st\u00f6rst?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r det enklaste och mest direkta s\u00e4ttet att besvara fr\u00e5gan om hur jag f\u00e5r fler kunder?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>H\u00e4mta <em>Verklig<\/em> kunder<\/h2>\n<p>Fr\u00e5gorna ovan ger dig en bra bild av dina potentiella nya kunder. \u00c5tminstone kvantitativt. Men de s\u00e4ger inte s\u00e5 mycket om de viktigaste aspekterna av dina kunder. Du b\u00f6r gr\u00e4va djupare. Den verkliga uppgiften \u00e4r inte bara att hitta kunder, utan att hitta nya kunder. Och viktigast av allt, att hitta r\u00e4tt kunder.<\/p>\n<p>Efter att du har fr\u00e5gat dig sj\u00e4lv, <em>Var finns mina kunder?<\/em>, och <em>Hur ser de ut?<\/em>n\u00e4sta fr\u00e5gor b\u00f6r vara: <em>Vad vill de ha eller beh\u00f6ver de?<\/em>, och <em>Vad \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att ge dem det?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r man kommer till den h\u00e4r punkten b\u00f6rjar man inse att kunder inte bara \u00e4r kunder. Det finns inte bara bra, medelm\u00e5ttiga eller d\u00e5liga kunder. Det finns direkt felaktiga kunder. Kunder som du inte borde l\u00e4gga ner n\u00e5gon m\u00f6da p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Detta g\u00e4ller oavsett om vi talar om personliga anstr\u00e4ngningar. Som att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u00f6vertala en potentiell kund att g\u00f6ra en f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning som de har v\u00e4ldigt lite intresse av, eller n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att l\u00e4gga pengar p\u00e5 reklam, b\u00e5de online och p\u00e5 andra st\u00e4llen. Om du till exempel riktar dina annonser till personer som inte \u00e4r intresserade av det du s\u00e4ljer, missar du m\u00e5let.<\/p>\n<p>Inte nog med att du m\u00e5ste l\u00e4gga ner mycket mer arbete (eller pengar) \u00e4n n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt, utan det \u00e4r \u00e4nnu v\u00e4rre: De f\u00e5 dyra kunder som du f\u00e5r \u00e4r av d\u00e5lig kvalitet. Det \u00e4r osannolikt att de blir s\u00e4rskilt n\u00f6jda och det \u00e4r osannolikt att de kommer tillbaka.<\/p>\n<p>Detta borde belysa vikten av att f\u00e5 r\u00e4tt kunder. Riktiga kunder \u00e4r kunder som har ett genuint intresse av att k\u00f6pa det du s\u00e4ljer. Det \u00e4r kunder som vill ha en bra service och som \u00e4r tacksamma om du uppfyller det. Och viktigast av allt: R\u00e4tt kunder \u00e4r kunder som kommer tillbaka om och om igen.
