Utan en tillv\u00e4xtstrategi kan ditt f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rlora marknadsandelar och i v\u00e4rsta fall g\u00e5 i konkurs helt och h\u00e5llet.<\/p>\n<p>Tillv\u00e4xtm\u00f6jligheter kan i princip delas in i tv\u00e5 huvuddimensioner: marknad och produkt. H\u00e4r delas varje dimension ytterligare in i: nuvarande och nya.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5 exempel p\u00e5 tillv\u00e4xtstrategier<\/h2>\n<h3>Merf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning eller korsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning<\/h3>\n<p>En uppenbar m\u00f6jlighet att fr\u00e4mja din tillv\u00e4xtstrategi kan vara merf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning eller korsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning. Det handlar helt enkelt om att erbjuda fler (eventuellt olika) produkter till samma kund. Det \u00e4r mycket l\u00e4ttare att \"merf\u00f6rs\u00e4lja\" till en kund som redan har ett kreditkort i handen \u00e4n att skaffa en helt ny kund. Se d\u00e4rf\u00f6r till att du erbjuder dina kunder relevanta korsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsprodukter.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nya marknader<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Det s\u00e4ger sig n\u00e4stan sj\u00e4lvt att det \u00e4r en bra tillv\u00e4xtstrategi att g\u00e5 in p\u00e5 nya marknader. Du beh\u00f6ver inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis t\u00e4nka l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n d\u00e4r du befinner dig nu. B\u00f6rja med att se om du kan gr\u00e4va lite djupare. Finns det nischer precis bredvid din nuvarande marknad? Sm\u00e5 fickor som \u00f6verlappar med ditt omr\u00e5de men som ingen riktigt har fyllt \u00e4nnu? Naturligtvis kan du ocks\u00e5 t\u00e4nka st\u00f6rre i din tillv\u00e4xtstrategi och helt enkelt f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka bryta dig in p\u00e5 en helt ny marknad. Detta kr\u00e4ver dock ofta att du expanderar hela din verksamhet och erbjuder helt nya produkter eller tj\u00e4nster.<\/p>\n<h3>Priss\u00e4ttning<\/h3>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en ofta f\u00f6rbisedd men mycket viktig faktor i din tillv\u00e4xtstrategi. L\u00e5t oss s\u00e4ga att du s\u00e4ljer pennor. Om du kan s\u00e4lja 100 pennor p\u00e5 en m\u00e5nad f\u00f6r 10 kr styck har du s\u00e5lt f\u00f6r 1.000 kr. Om du \u00e5 andra sidan h\u00f6jer priset per penna till 15 DKK kanske du bara kan s\u00e4lja 75 pennor p\u00e5 en m\u00e5nad. Men p\u00e5 sista raden f\u00e5r du en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 1 125 DKK. En f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring med drygt 10%. \u00d6ver tusentals f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar kommer detta att g\u00f6ra en enorm skillnad. S\u00e5 du tj\u00e4nar inte \"bara\" 5 kronor mer per penna. De 5 kronorna \u00e4r en \u00f6kad vinst p\u00e5 33 %. Det h\u00e4r exemplet visar hur viktig r\u00e4tt priss\u00e4ttning kan vara f\u00f6r din tillv\u00e4xtstrategi. Det kanske bara kr\u00e4vs en liten justering innan du kan v\u00e4xa betydligt.<\/p>\n<h3>B\u00e4ttre kvarh\u00e5llande<\/h3>\n<p>Att beh\u00e5lla en befintlig kund \u00e4r b\u00e5de billigare och mindre tidskr\u00e4vande \u00e4n att s\u00f6ka upp en ny. S\u00e5 se till att din retention - eller kundretention - \u00e4r bra. Observera dock att det \u00e4r klokt att v\u00e5rda dina kundrelationer \u00e4ven under perioder d\u00e5 du inte ser de \u00f6nskade f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningssiffrorna.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00d6ka kundn\u00f6jdheten<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e4r flera stora f\u00f6retag konkurrerar om samma del av marknaden ser man ofta ett starkt fokus p\u00e5 kundservice. Det g\u00e4ller om man s\u00e4ljer produkter, men framf\u00f6r allt n\u00e4r det handlar om teknik eller service. Ta till exempel telekombolag som YouSee, Telia, Telmore och Oister. F\u00f6rutsatt att priser och produkter ligger ganska n\u00e4ra varandra, \u00e4r kundservice det omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r de kan sticka ut och verkligen g\u00f6ra skillnad. Genom att erbjuda snabb och effektiv kundservice kan du ocks\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre beh\u00e5lla dina nuvarande kunder. Ingenting s\u00e4ljer b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n en n\u00f6jd kund.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Olika typer av tillv\u00e4xtstrategier<\/h2>\n<p>Tillv\u00e4xtstrategier kan kategoriseras i fem olika typer:<\/p>\n<h3>Marknadspenetration<\/h3>\n<p><em>Marknadspenetration<\/em> \u00e4r en tillv\u00e4xtstrategi d\u00e4r du och ditt f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker \u00f6ka f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen p\u00e5 befintliga marknader med befintliga produkter. Du kan genomf\u00f6ra denna tillv\u00e4xtstrategi p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande s\u00e4tt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00d6ka marknadsandelen.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6ka utgifterna genom att f\u00e5 dina nuvarande kunder att k\u00f6pa mer.<\/li>\n<li>Hitta nya anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den f\u00f6r produkten.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e5 fler personer fr\u00e5n din m\u00e5lgrupp att anv\u00e4nda din produkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Utveckling av marknaden<\/h3>\n<p>Denna tillv\u00e4xtstrategi inneb\u00e4r att f\u00f6retaget f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker v\u00e4xa genom att s\u00e4lja sin nuvarande produkt p\u00e5 nya marknader. <em>Utveckling av marknaden<\/em> kan realiseras p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt - antingen genom geografisk expansion eller genom att expandera marknaden till nya segment.<\/p>\n<h3>Produktutveckling<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e4r du v\u00e4xer genom <em>produktutveckling<\/em> \u00e4r en tillv\u00e4xtstrategi d\u00e4r ditt f\u00f6retag erbjuder en ny produkt till de marknader d\u00e4r du redan \u00e4r etablerad. Detta kan ske p\u00e5 tre s\u00e4tt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produktf\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring.<\/li>\n<li>Ut\u00f6kning av produktlinjen.<\/li>\n<li>Ny produkt f\u00f6r samma m\u00e5lgrupp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Diversifiering<\/h3>\n<p>Denna tillv\u00e4xtstrategi g\u00e5r i korthet ut p\u00e5 att f\u00f6retaget utvecklar nya produkter f\u00f6r nya marknader. <em>Diversifiering<\/em> diversifiering inneb\u00e4r att ditt f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker diversifiera sina aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5den. Det finns tv\u00e5 typer av diversifiering:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Koncentrisk diversifiering,<\/em> d\u00e4r det finns en viss \u00f6verlappning med den befintliga produktportf\u00f6ljen - till exempel n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller marknadsf\u00f6ring eller teknik.<\/li>\n<li><em>Diversifiering av konglomerat, <\/em>d\u00e4r ditt f\u00f6retag tar sig an helt nya aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5den som inte har n\u00e5gon koppling till den nuvarande produktportf\u00f6ljen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Integration - en annan form av tillv\u00e4xtstrategi<\/h3>\n<p><em>Integration<\/em> \u00e4r en annan tillv\u00e4xtstrategi som du kan anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 tillv\u00e4xt. I denna tillv\u00e4xtstrategi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6retaget v\u00e4xa genom att flytta upp i leveranskedjan, eller med andra ord genom att f\u00f6rv\u00e4rva andra f\u00f6retag och \"integrera\" dem i sin verksamhet. Detta kan g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 s\u00e4tt: vertikal och horisontell integration.<\/p>\n<p>Av <em>vertikal integration <\/em>ditt f\u00f6retag tar \u00f6ver n\u00e5gra av de funktioner i den \u00f6vergripande leveranskedjan som andra f\u00f6retag tidigare har hanterat. Detta kan ske b\u00e5de som bak\u00e5t- och fram\u00e5triktad integration. Bak\u00e5tintegration inneb\u00e4r att ditt f\u00f6retag g\u00e5r ett eller flera steg bak\u00e5t i sin f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningskedja (up stream), vilket inneb\u00e4r att du antingen tar \u00f6ver eller samarbetar med ett utvalt f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4lja att flytta fram\u00e5t i leveranskedjan (down stream). Det inneb\u00e4r att du tar \u00f6ver n\u00e4sta l\u00e4nk i leveranskedjan.<\/p>\n<p>Av <em>horisontell integration<\/em> ditt f\u00f6retag ut\u00f6kar sin verksamhet p\u00e5 samma niv\u00e5 i leveranskedjan. Horisontell integration kan ske p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 s\u00e4tt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ditt f\u00f6retag kan starta en helt ny verksamhet som producerar i stort sett samma typ av produkter, men under ett annat namn.<\/li>\n<li>Ditt f\u00f6retag g\u00e5r samman med\/f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar ett befintligt och konkurrerande f\u00f6retag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hvad er v\u00e6kststrategi?
