This means that it focuses on the company's online reputation on the internet.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if an acquaintance tells you that they had a bad experience with a certain company, you will most likely choose to go to another company that can offer you the same product or service.<\/p>\n<p>If you search for a product online and one of the first things that pops up on Google are negative comments about a certain company, you will most likely choose to go to another company that can offer you the same product or service.<\/p>\n<p>Today, many people diligently share both positive and negative experiences online about their experiences with various companies. When it comes to negative reviews, there is an increasing tendency for the people behind them to want to damage the reputation of the company in question and therefore try to spread the negative message to as wide an audience as possible without a filter.<\/p>\n<p>What makes it especially critical on the internet is that bad publicity about the company is not something that is said here and there and then disappears again. When it's bad publicity that's written on the web, it can risk staying online forever - if there's no focus on ORM. Efforts can be made on social media, but one of the most essential methods is search engine optimization.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Reputation and SEO strategy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Search engine optimization allows a company to ensure that when searching for its product, brand or company name, articles and websites that mention the company positively appear at the top of the search results.<\/p>\n<p>This removes the focus on bad publicity.
