What does WorkEngine cost?
We are currently developing our pricing model in collaboration with existing users. We expect the price to range from 200 to 500 DKK per month per user, depending on how many functionalities you need.
How does WorkEngine handle personal data?
WorkEngine complies with all applicable data protection regulations and stores all data on servers in the EU. We also help ensure that OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT) does not use your data to develop their artificial intelligence.
Does using WorkEngine require a lot of technical expertise?
No, WorkEngine is designed to be user-friendly and does not require extensive technical expertise. Therefore, all relevant employees can quickly learn how to utilize WorkEngine in their daily work.
Can other companies see our ChatGPT prompts?
No, other companies cannot see the ChatGPT prompts (queries) you store in WorkEngine. We do not share your data with third parties.
Can we export data from WorkEngine?
Yes, WorkEngine has an admin module from which you can export all data, including all ChatGPT prompts (queries).
Do you backup our data?
Yes, we continuously backup your data. The frequency of the backup varies depending on which license you purchase.
Can ChatGPT and WorkEngine generate images?
No, ChatGPT is a text-based AI and therefore cannot generate images. For image generation, our AI specialists can advise on using other tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.
Does WorkEngine support chatbots other than ChatGPT?
Currently, WorkEngine only supports ChatGPT. However, we expect to support other chatbots, such as Google Bard and Bing AI, in the future.
