Google Data Studio is a free tool from Google intended for the composition and visualization of data. You can obtain data from a wide range of data sources, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Sheets and more than 200 other sources.
In Google Analytics, you can only collect data from your website and your Google Ads campaigns. If you want more advanced reports and dashboards that include data from third-party tools (for example, your CRM system), a system like Google Data Studio is necessary.
