How the collaboration grew big

01 Situation: Strategy and strong collaboration

IQNITER is a growing company that works with employee health and well-being through their product Count Hearts. (iqniter.dk) Like many startups, they faced the challenge of creating visibility and attracting relevant leads - while making budgets stretch as far as possible.

Before working with InboundCPH, IQNITER had invested in campaigns through another agency, but without the desired results. This made them reluctant to invest further in digital marketing.

To bring fresh eyes to the strategy, IQNITER hired Anders Morell Hagen as CMO. He initiated a comprehensive transformation that included a new CVI, a sharp tone of voice, a thorough brand strategy and a new website.

SAs part of this effort, Anders quickly chose InboundCPH as a partner to build both trust and an effective marketing strategy. 02 Process: From under the radar to top of the agenda

To ensure a solid base for IQNITER's digital marketing, a communication strategy and a six-month campaign plan was created in close collaboration with Anders. InboundCPH delivered large parts of the campaign package in collaboration with the company's creative team. The strategy included: 

  • Focus on Paid Social over Paid Search, as user behavior does not yet support the latter.
  • Test and learn in small steps - one campaign at a time to ensure overview and optimization.
  • Tracking and data optimization to ensure that the advertising generated measurable results.

03 Result: From resting heart rate to warm leads
