We are looking for an enterprising and self-driven colleague who can take our marketing to the next level. We expect you to be a good written communicator who is able to follow through on your tasks. In return, we offer you autonomous responsibility and ample opportunity for help, professional sparring and training in areas where you are not a specialist.
You will have tactical and operational responsibility for driving and optimising our marketing efforts. The goal is strengthened positioning, increased lead generation and conversion to qualified sales meetings. The means is optimizing the customer journey across our digital channels with targeted communication in all touchpoints.
We expect you to create engaging content for our website, strengthen our positioning and reach on LinkedIn and leverage the potential of our existing email list. What you do next is up to you, as long as the aim is to create maximum value for our recipients and for us.
Work on our website may include, for example, optimising landing pages, producing customer cases and writing blog posts. LinkedIn efforts may include both postings and ad campaigns communicated via text and video. The foundation of our email marketing is marketing automation via Active Campaign.
We're on hand to film videos for LinkedIn and have a range of giveaways you can use in your work, including professional webinars, books and analysis. The position is a continuation of a current position as our Marketing Manager, Lasse Grubbe, has taken on other responsibilities within the company.
You have a relevant education in marketing and communications and some years of practical experience in online marketing - preferably from a B2B company. You are able to use your excellent communication skills and commercial understanding to build and optimise customer journeys across our digital channels.
Experience in video production, graphic design, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, email marketing and marketing automation is an advantage. Knowledge of WordPress, Active Campaign, Zapier, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads is also a plus (but not a requirement).
As a person, you are used to taking initiative, responsibility and driving your work areas. You are self-driven, but thrive on sparring and sharing knowledge, successes and failures with your colleagues. You are detail-oriented and quality-conscious, and good at keeping track of things when there are many balls in the air - including from our popular football table.
